This Komatsu WA500 loader bucket has a Chromium Carbide liner plate fitted inside, providing the maximum wear life of any steel plate in the world! This overlay plate will outlast 450HB abrasion resistant steel by up to 6 times depending on the application. It has a very hard, smooth chromium surface to prevent material hang up and allows material to enter and exit the bucket much faster.
This chromium carbide overlay plate is laminated to a mild steel backing for ease of welding into place. Threaded studs or bolt holes can be fitted for ease of fitment & replacement and it can be rolled to tight a radius to suit curved shapes. Common applications for this product is in Excavator & Loader buckets, on Dozer & Grader blades, on Truck decks, in Crushers, Hoppers and other fixed plant & high wear areas.
